An old poem i found recently :)


A single bond of unspoken words,
So much laughter and oh! so much hurt,
A single star on a cloudy night,
When no one is in sight,
A single leaf on a bare tree,
The only one who lets you be,
A single tear on a smiling face,
The only one who's life yours can't pace,
A single hand in a crowded room,
Who lets you know that this too will pass soon,
A single laugh that fills your heart,
Who mocks your precious piece of art,
A single person who you love so much
That it fill your heart with such...
A single person who you hate too,
So many things you had to do...
A single person who is all this and more,
The one brings your boat safely to the shore,
Your rock, your security blanket, yeah that's her!
You may know her by many names;
but for me she'll always be my doting elder sister...

Missing you is part of everyday

i open my eyes
i catch a glimpse
could it be?
is it you?
if i hold out my hand
will i touch you?
if i smell in the air
will i breathe you?
if i open my eyes
will it be really you?

i want to fall asleep
a place when you and me
we are together
a place where reality
is forever

but the morning calls
the rays so harsh
reality is now
eyes are open
dreams depart
you are a mist
all i can feel is a kiss

goodbye you said
before i slept
hoping the night will swallow
the pain or me
yet here i am
and so is the pain

together we stand
alone i am
you left
i stayed
love was on its way
but it strayed..

I too had a love story..

the little tear rolls down my cheek
you is all my heart seeks
the glow on my face tells a tale
the sweets are not yet dry and stale
the red vermin shines bright and bold
love is hidden in my hearts fold
my shy gaze searches your face
my feets fail to move, my heart beat race

the night is young, and so are we
its me and you, you are me
the years of waiting have finally come to an end
the wounded heart, has begun to mend
i look at us, and i am at peace
god showers happiness, i finally got my piece

my eyes close with dreams of tomorrow
new things to see, sugar from neighbor to borrow
the smiles shine, eyes glitter
the world awaits, i have poured my heart in my sisters letter

i wake up, caress the bed...
i touch where there should be your head
i awake knowing youll come back soon
the in laws are calling, theyll be here by noon
i wait and wait, staring at the door
a screech, a bang, and you are on the floor

Flowers thrown around, you in the midst
i scream i run my eyes mist
helpless i beg for god to forgive
let him be, let me be, let us remain

you look at me and i look at you
we have shared love like have few
you clutch my hand, and my heart breaks
i wish life had retakes

it cant be the end, it hadn't even begun yet
before the sunrise, how can there be sunset?
love had shone once from gods window
but now..one minute a bride, the next, your widow
